EDWIN L. HAMILTON

Edwin L. Hamilton of Elmsford, NY died suddenly on Monday at St. Petersburg, Fla. He was a resident of Auburn about 40 years ago. He is survived by two sons, Robert Hamilton, St. Louis, Mo. and Harold Hamilton, Conn; one daughter, Mrs. Lula Hamilton Rossiter of Elmsford. The body will be brought to Auburn for services at a time to be announced later. Burial will be in Fort Hill Cemetery

In the 1930 U.S. Census, Edwin L. Living with him is his wife Grace E., female, age 66; son-in-law, Lawrence Rossiter, male, age 39; and daughter, Lula M., female, age 40. Edwin was age 20 at first marriage, Grace 19. Lawrence was age 29 at first marriage and Lula 30. Lawrence was born in Ohio as were his parents. Everyone else was born in New York as were their parents. Edwin appears to be retired.
