    Vol. 51, p. 15 11 Mar 1746/47 (acknowledged 24 Nov 1748): Edward Ward of Natick Husbandman in Consideration of the parental Love and affection which I have and do bear to my Son Timothy Ward of Newton Husbandman and for the Settlement of my Estate and for his full part and for £230 convey one half of all my lands and buildings and real estate which I now have in Natick or adjacent thereto, the other half to be his brother Samuel Wards, to be divided equally for quantity and quality, full possession immediately after my and my wife's decease.
