20 May 1728: Commission to divide real estate: represented that "cannot be divided among all his children without great Prejudice to or Spoiling the whole", to set off widows dower, single share to Ichabod Ward, remainder to Remember Richardson, a daughter of said dece'd and wife of David Richardson of Newton, the eldest son signifying his assent. 14 Jun 1728: set off widow's thirds, to David Richardson four single Shares, to Ichabod Ward one single share. Counter signed by Abigail Ward [widow], David Richardson [husband of Remember], Nehemiah Ward [eldest son, 2 shares], Jonathan Willard [guardian of Ebenezer], Joseph Ward [guardian of Ichabod].
