  1. NOTE: There is no birth record for Ebenezer, son of John in the Woburn VR -- There is one for an Ebenezer Pierce BUT he was the son of Thomas and Rachel (born 10 Dec 1687) and that Ebenezer died 25 May 1688. For the moment I am placing John's son Ebenezer in the four year gap between Deborah and John Jr.
  2. The map showing the town in 1745 shows the Pierce house (designated as still standing) in Goshen at what appears to the the corner of two major roads, across the road from Caneo Swamp, not far from the school built abt 1710, adjacent to the Benjamin Hernden Jr house built in 1722 and across from the house of Dea. Samuel Walker built 1694 (both designated as still standing) - Town Crier, January 1, 1984, Localhistory.wilmlibrary.org http://localhistory.wilmlibrary.org/sites/all/themes/Wilmington/images/1984-01-25.pdf
NOTE: It's possible this was Daniel Pierce's house, not Ebenezer, but there is no second Pierce house on the map
