Dorothy A. Catizone, 76, of 234 W. Main St., Girardville, passed away Wednesday at Saint Catherine Medical Center Fountain Springs.

Born in Ashland, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Florence Schuyler Beck. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Girardville.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Beck Rice.

She is survived by her husband, Vincent P. Catizone; six children, Dorothy and her husband, Patrick Smith, Harrisburg, Vincent Jr. and his wife, Lena Catizone, Girardville, Ellen and her husband, Charles Portz, York, Joseph and his wife, Linda Catizone, Girardville, Helene Catizone, Zion Grove, and Marianne Catizone, Girardville; three brothers, Joseph and his wife, Dolores Beck, Northumberland, Charles and his wife, Kathryn Beck, Elizabethtown, and John and his wife, Sandra Beck, Maryland; her sister, Eileen Reichwein, Fountain Springs; 16 grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Church. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday in the church. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.

William F. McDonald Jr. Funeral Home, Girardville, has charge.
