  2. A Find A Grave memorial with no picture gives a birth date of 18 Dec 1773. Source:Adams, Andrew N. Genealogical History of Henry Adams, of Braintree, Mass., and His Descendants, p. 329, gives a birth date of 28 Dec 1773, and neither variation agrees with the age at death found in the death record. No birth record has been found, and in fact, she is not even mentioned in Source:Tilden, William S. History of the Town of Medfield, Massachusetts, 1650-1886, p. 362, presumably a symptom of the lack of record. Further, the Adams Genealogy, says Dorcas married 3 times, successively to Timothy Fisher, Ziba Baker and --- Nelson. Her death record shows her name as Fisher so there is no evidence she married more than once, and Ziba Baker, who married Dorcas' sister, named his wife Mille (the sister) in his will, and presumably --- Nelson is the Francis Nelson who married sister Zilpha. So this account is very confused and/or sloppy.
