John A. (Adam) Windle was my great, great, great grandfather he was born in 1804 in Shenandoa h Virginia, his first wife is unknown. They had three children together John William Windle , James Windle, and Elizabeth Windle.

His secondwife was Permelia LUSK, with her he also had three childern, Isaac Parker Windle , David Windle, and Mary C Windle. They settled in and are buried in Rusk Co.TX.

His third Wife was Mary Harmon, with her he had three childern also, Nichalas Windle, Georg e Washington Windle, and John Adam Windle II.

John AdamWindle was born to GERMAN immigrants. From Virginia he moved to TN, then to AL, LA , and then to Rusk Co Texas.
