   John A. (Adam) Windle was my great, great, great grandfather he was born in 1804 in Shenandoah, Virginia, his first wife is unknown. They had three children together John William Windle , James Windle, and Elizabeth Windle.
   
   His second wife was Permelia LUSK, with her he also had three childern, Isaac Parker Windle , David Windle, and Mary C Windle. They settled in and are buried in Rusk Co.TX.
   
   His third Wife was Mary Harmon, with her he had three childern also, Nichalas Windle, Georg e Washington Windle, and John Adam Windle II.
   
   John Adam Windle was born to GERMAN immigrants. From Virginia he moved to TN, then to AL, LA , and then to Rusk Co Texas.
