Overview

Most Ancestry Tree's listing show David as the son of a John Walker in Goochland County. David and his brother, judging by the dates of their wills, both predeceased their father, dying about 1740.

Most Ancestry listings show David as being born in Goochland County in 1702, but some show him born in New Kent in 1699. It is possible that these differences reflect a merger of data from two different people. Alternatively, it may indicate that David's family moved from New Kent to Goochland sometime after 1700.
