His date of death is uncertain. A memorial at Find A Grave says 20 Jun 1836, but he was not found on the 1830 census. A website ([1]) about the Miner family says he d. 3 Jan 1816 in upstate NY. A tree at Ancestry.com says 1850 at Darke Co OH without giving a source, but it seems unlikely that this Darius is the one who went to Darke Co OH because his wife Abigail remained in Gorham.
