13 Apr 1762: Israel Rice of Sudbury yeoman for £100 conveys to Daniel Rice of Sudbury yeoman a parcel in sudbury on East Side of River 23 acres, also a piece of upland in Sudbury 3 acres, also 1/2 of 6 acres of meadow in Sudbury to be held in common with David Rice.

  4. Daniel married in 1754. To be of legal age, he would need to be born by 1733. Since it would be unusual for the parents to marry in 1730 and not have a child (Grace) until 1734/35, the age at death is truly assumed to be about, meaning the impression of the church's clerk, not factual.
