Court Record, Page 31—2 April, 1711: Whereas, Daniel Owen, son of Daniel Owen deceased, hath now for several years last past been absent abroad upon the seas, and his estate being in a suffering and wasting condition, this Court appoint Daniel Bissell of Windsor, uncle to Daniel Owen, and Joseph Burge, his brother, to take care of the estate.
