Also, 1 negro boy named PHILL, l feather bed and furniture, two cows and calves To Mary Irvine and Elizabeth Tranum, Thomas Malone, Nathaniel Malone, Nathaniel, Beckie Andrews and Jeamson, Banister and Daniel, the rest of my estate after my debts are paid. I will that 1 negro man named Toney be sold. Witnesses were James Reynolds, Saml. Pate, Wm. Irvine, John Irvine, Burwell Grant. Codicil: To my daughter Patty Harding-1 shilling To my daughter Susanna Reynolds dec'd, 1 shilling To my son Peter Malone 1 shilling. Witn. Wm. Irvine, Saml Pate, John Irvine, Burell Grant. JAMES IRVINE, CLEMENT TRAINUM, JOHN ANDREWS WERE EXECUTORS. John Jer?, Francis Lawson, and George Damron were their securities.

   There is a Padgett's Creek Baptist Church in Union County, South Carolina and there is a cemetery next to it.
