    9 May 1798, Priscilla Allen, "widow to Daniel Allen, late of Weston, in the County of Middlesex, Housewright, deceased" refused administration and nominated "his Brother Nathaniel Allen". So bonded 10 Apr 1798, sureties Joseph Russell, Olver Richardson.
    18 Apr 1799 set off thirds to "Priscilla, the Widow of Daniel".
    3 Dec 1800 widow satisfied with account and judge orders balance paid to widow for support of the three young children.
