She is listed in the 1850 Census as a member of the Johnson Gaddie family, but her name is entered on the census form as "Cloe Roberts". She was 21 years old at this point. Later information revealed that she was married to Jesse Roberts in 1847, and Jesse went on to marry Cynthia Shofner in 1850. So she was probably seperated from Jesse Roberts and living at home when the census was taken.
