It appears to me that Christenia Brock Funkhouser died after 1809, probably 1810 since the record I found was in a Miscellaneous Court Records on familysearch.org in Butler Co., KY. You can easily miss the document if you to not view the page on the left. The document that list her name is faded. She gives Power of Attorney to John Anderson, he assigns land to John Tyler. Later, her grandson John Funkhouser sues the Heirs of John Tyler.
