Mayo, p. 104, cites an unknown "Warwick Records of death" (not seen in online copy in either family register 2:161, or deaths for letter M on p. 2:176, or older deaths on page 1:174-177) as giving 1-10-16, which is equivalent, but he flubs the calculation of the birth date, getting 16 Dec 1803, which would make her not even a year old and has the date wrong as well.]
