[krumm.GED] Flora Byers was Charles Ottman second wife : first wife Rodgers rin #88 He worked for Hocking Valley Railroad and lived in a double house acrossthe street from Mercy Hospital. He died from Bronchial Pneumonia and isburied at Greenlawn cem section 107 block B space 27. His last residence was 1868 Lockbourne Road. From Nancy Ottman: Ed worked in grocery store saving money to go to college. FatherFrederick spent all the money and he was unable to go to college. Therewere two boys in Charles's 12th grade class: Grandpa and the otherbecame a senator. Ed said they lived on Tony Row Rd. in Zaleski. June 2,1880 Census - Edward, age 11. Worked for the Hocking Valley Railroad andC&O. Hocking Valley and C&O merged in 1929. Later Grandpa worked for theHayden Foundry owned by Mr. Yeager. He was a traveling salesman sellingequipment to make concrete block. Mr. Jinks from Zaleski introduced himto Grandma Flora. From Nancy Ottman: They lived on Tony Row Rd. in Zaleski, Ohio. Charles and Flora livedwith Grandma and Grandpa Byers and Aunt Mary on Whittier St. After theywere married moved to Grubb St. Later moved to the NE corner of Thurmanand Ann St.(now South High School location) Moved to 474 Frebis Ave,1919 moved to 600 Sheldon, 1920 moved to a farm house with no plumbingand no electricity at 700 Jenkins Ave. 1930 move to 1868 Lockbourne Ave. References
