Obituary NORWOOD RESIDENT DIED MONDAY -- Charles Moorehouse Passes Away After Severe Illness Charles Moorehouse, for 12 years a much loved resident of Norwood, passed away after an illness of several weeks, at his home near Norwood, Monday morning. Mr. Moorehouse was well known in Charlevoix and vicinity. He held the office of superintendent of Norwood Sunday school, and also ably filled the office of treasurer of Norwood school for several years. He leaves as his immediate family one son, Samuel J., and his wife, also a brother in Vermont and one in Echo township, Antrim county. Mr. Moorehouse was of a quiet, lovable Christian disposition and made friends wherever he went, always having a kind word and cheery smile for everyone. The many friends extend their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved relatives. Funeral services will be held from Norwood M.E. church, Thursday morning at 10:00 fast time, interment in Norwood cemetery. NORWOOD At the funeral last Thursday the Norwood school paid a loving tribute to the memory of our departed brother, Charles Moorehouse, each child as they passed placing a spray of beautiful flowers on the casket. Rev. A.B. Clark of Barnard, spoke beautiful words in memory of the Christian character of Mr. Moorhouse, and his efficient work in the church and Sunday school. Rev.
