With the same, North 36 deg, East 122 poles to a white oak & Black oak corner sd. Cloyd.

With his line, North 52 deg, West 8 poles to white oak & chestnut oak on sd. line.

South 4 deg, West 124 poles to Beginning.

With the appurtenances.
