↑NEHGR, p. 114:36, says of Catherine: "Catherine was not included in the 8 June 1759 guardianship and the 27 June 1763 deed indicates that there were only seven heirs of Rebecca Willis Seaver living at that time." There were 8 children and Mary was named in the guardianship, so she was still alive at the time, leaving Catherine as the who had died.
