  2. Bond, p. 643 says Caleb "b. in Wat., July 12, 1640; not mentioned in his father's Will; probably d. young.". Given that the only known record clearly says buried 12 (5) [July] 1640, Bond should not have missed the fact of his death, so this appears to be a recordkeeping error on Bond's part, probably forgetting the "b." in his notes stood for buried, not born.
