McLean): "We ye subscribers being the persons interested in ye estate of our honored father Mr Caleb Church, late of Watertown, deceased intest(ate) have agreed that Rebekah his daughter and Joshua Warrin his son in law do administer upon his estate that is unadministered they being good responsors for said estate aforesaid. and that they upon receiving power for doo proceed to a speedy and a just settlement of said estate. Watertown November ye 24, 1724." Signed by Joshua Warrin, Joshua Boomer Attorny to his father Boomer, John Maddocks Attorny to my Mother Ruth Ingersole, Rebekah Warrin.

Accounting by Isaac claims Isaac had done his work from Nov. 1717 to Feb. 1722 [which may indicate when Caleb actually died?] 24 Nov 1724, heirs petition for replacement.
