Obituary copied from Billie's Find-a-Grave memorial page: "Billie L. Lincicome, 78, of Parkersburg passed away March 23, 2011 at Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Division. She was born in Parkersburg on July 28, 1932 a daughter of the late Cecil and Sally Gibbs Jackson. Billie was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. She was retired from Dudley's Florist after more than 20 years of service. While living in Florida, she worked as a bookeeper for Paul's Pest Control. Surviving are her daughters: Rebecca (Kurt) Klettner of Parkersburg and Vicki (Joe) Dickinson of Hackleburg, AL, four grandchildren: Christopher Klettner, Heather Lincicome, Travis Dickinson and Samantha Dickinson, two great-grandchildren: Alexis and Addison, two sisters: Mary Elizabeth Talbot of Connecticut and Bernice Hause of Columbus, Ohio and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ira Lincicome, two sons, Thomas Lincicome and Donald Lincicome, two brothers, Richard Jackson and Frank Jackson. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Monday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Joseph Peterson as celebrant. Burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with recitation of the Rosary at 8 PM."
