- 16 April 1821 - Bernard Hooe, Snr., and Margaret his wife, of Prince William County, to their grandson Richard Bernard Buckner of Fauquier, three tracts of land containing 920½ acres in Prince William and Fauquier, also a tract of 121 acres in said counties and inheirited by the said Bernard Hooe, Snr., from Thomas P.
