    Will of "Benjamin Shaw the Eldest of that name in Taunton", dated 7 Mar 1719/20, proved 10 Jul 1723, inventory 3 Sep 1723, mentions "my Beloved wife hannah Shaw", "my sons Jonathan Shaw & Ebenezar Shaw" [both under age], "my son Samuel Shaw", "my son Benjamin Shaw" [eldest son], "my Daughter Susanna Shaw" [under age], "my Daughter Sarah Shaw" [under age], "my Daughter Abigail Shaw" [under age], "my Daughter Hannah hathway".

    Buried with wife Hannah in the old Shaw Cemetery at Raynham, MA (was then part of Taunton).
