  • Vol. 1 - File No. 926.--Fisher vs. Fisher. Jacob and John Fisher complain that their father, Daniel Fisher, died in January, 1817, leaving Widow Ann and children, viz: Margaret, wife of Benjamin Ransbarger; William, Polly, Henry, Andrew, Samuel, Sarah Fisher (Samuel and Sarah, infants), and Daniel, who has already received his share, and ____. Bill to allot dower and partition. Another bill filed by William Fisher says Daniel left ten (10) children, viz: William, Jacob, John, Adam, Henry, Andrew, Peggy, wife of Benjamin Ransbarger; Polly, Samuel, Sally. Division decreed and plot land on Christian's Creek.
