Based on Benjamin's marriage record, where William Morrow is his bondsman, and proximity over time, Benjamin is believed to be the brother of William Morrow of Person Co, NC, m. Mary Underdown. They are in turn believed to be brothers of John M. Morrow (d. 1846 Ripley Co, MO). The DNA of the latter two descendants match closely.

Based on Benjamin's estate division and other court records, his children include at least:

  • Mariah m. Jacob M. Pennington, of Lawr. Co TN;
  • John B. Morrow, of Arkansas;
  • Mary Pruitt, of Mississippi;
  • Sandford (deceased by 1852; children live in Arkansas in 1871);
