    - To dau. Mary, unborn child. sons-in-law Michll. and Thos. Taney, and dau.-in-law Dorothy Smith, personalty.
    - To wife Dorothy, extx., ½ personal estate.
    - Residue of estate to be equally divided among child., viz.: Elizabeth, Martha, Anne, Eleanor, James, John, Benjamin, Basill, Mary and unborn child.

    Basil Smith's Final Account. Dec 1, 1778_
    The account of Henry Smith and Dorothy Boarman, formerly Dorothy Smith, surviving executors of Basil Smith, late of CC deceased, viz
    Debts include: the inventory of sd deceased's estate, exhibited into the Prerogative office on March 21, 1775, amounting to 1337 £ 16 shillings 2 pence; a crop of tobacco made on the deceased's plantation the year he died, inspected in 1775; corn, wheat, rice, oats, peas, beans; money received of Benjamin Smith, William Boarman; money in the hands of Barns and Ridgate; money received of James Seaward; tobacco now in the hands of William Oard; with ditto now in the hands of John Smallwood. The accountants desire no allowance, To be disposed of according to the deceased's will: 2724 £ 18 shillings 7 pence.
    Final account: 2724 £ 18 shillings 7 pence.
    Securities: Raphel Brook and Jacob Morris of CC,
    Proved on Dec 1, 1778 by the accountants above mentioned.

    tracts land on road to Bryantown, one 75 acres and the other 90 acres, and
    after wife's death to go to Dorothy.
    Cousin, Benjamin Smith, my part of two tracts of 20 or 30 acres taken up
    jointly with him and adjoining land sold by Wm. Digges and others to Chas.

    Item.-130 acres, part of "Providence," in Prince George's County, Md., I
    bought of Thos. Bowling to be sold, and proceeds applied to debts and
    supporting family this year.
