Death and Probate
In his will dated 5 April 1563,[1] Anthony Pelham of Bucksteep in the parish of Warbleton, Sussex, esquire, named his son Herbert Pelham to be sole executor, with oversight by his son-in-law William Morley, his cousin John Luisforde, and Barnard Randall. The will was proved on 26 February 1566[/7], in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, London.
