Ann Elizabeth Fishback, daughter of Frederick Fishback, died prior to the writing of his will on 20 Sept. 1782:

Thirdly I give & bequeath unto my Grand children the children of my Daughter Ann Elizabeth Smith Dec'd, One Negro Woman Named Jean to be equally divided her & her Increase amongst them & they to have no more of my Estate.
