His wife Ann is 40, born Ohio (father Ohio, mother North Carolina). The children are 'Heber G.' 16, 'chain carrier'; Richard 12; Stella 10; 'Ineth' (female) 6; and Edna 2 -- all born Indiana, father New York, mother Ohio. July 1840 in Ohio (father South Carolina, mother North Carolina) with 5 of 6 children living; children are Inez b. Sept 1875; Edna b. Oct 1879; and Alexander b.
