MOSES MCDONNELL- With many friends and relatives in attendance the funeral of Mrs. McDonnell, widow of Moses McDonnell, was held on Wednesday morning from MacDonald's Funeral Home, to St. Columbkille's church, Uptergrove, where Rev. Father Kennedy sang requiem mass. One of Rama Township's oldest residents, the deceased died st the home of her daughter, Mrs. Michael Mahoney, Hawkestone, on Monday morning, in her 80th year. She had been in good health up to shortly before her death. Of a family of six sons and five daughters, all survived except one son, Frank, who predeceased her only three weeks ago. Surviving are Mrs. George Jennings, of Brantford, Mrs. Frank Walsh, of Warminister, Mrs. Michael Mahoney, of Hawekstone, Bartley, of St. Joseph, Michigan, Moses of the western states, Stafford of Orillia, Mrs. Kennedy of Washago, Mrs. Ernest Mingo, Joseph and Whtney of Rathburn, and 25 grandchildren. The pallbears were George O'Connell, John Morris, Wm. McDonnell, Murray McDonnell, James O'Connor and John O'Connor.
