    Ann Champe was the oldest child. October 4, 1745, John Glendenning sold to Ann Champe, two hundred and fifty acres on the Muddy Creek in Brunswick, Formerly Hanover Parish on the Rappahannock River. On November 14, 1745, Jane and Elizabeth Dinwiddie sold to Ann Champe, eldest daughter of of John and Jane Champe, One Hundred and thirty-six acres, Lamb's Creek Brunswick parish, formerly Hanover. Ann Champe married John Taliaferro and the two estates combined six hundred and twenty-six acres, which they named "Dissington". Lamb's Creek Plantation, Library of Virginia.
