Andrew Stalnaker, the youngest son of Jacob the first, died in 1840. His will follows:
Will Book No., 3 p. 117, Randolph Co., W. Va. Records, Will of Andrew Stalnaker, Will dated Feb. 25, 1839. Will proved Dec. Term, 1840., Teste: William Martiney, John Phares, Robert Martiney. Devises as follows: To wife, Catherine Stalnaker; To sons, Archibald Washington Stalnaker and John Marshall Stalnaker; To daughters, Catherine Lee, Mary Loffman, Elisabeth Bush and Sarah Chenowith.

    The index says he was born Jan 1777, but that is unlikely if his mother was born in 1725, and isn't consistent with his age in the 1830 census. The gravestone is difficult to read, but the year doesn't appear to be 1777.
