So many Andrews has got me confused. I also have an Andrew Russell in my family line. He was born in 1715 in Augusta County, VA. My notes show he was married to Jean Mitchell. Jean was born 1718 in Ireland. I don't have any further. This is my road block.

However, I do show that they had a son named Matthew that was born in Ireland in 1735. This same Matthew is said to have died 1812 in Pendleton, SC (Anderson County). Matthew was married to Jane McIntire which was also born in Ireland around 1744.
