ANDREW HAGER, born about 1794[1] (1803/4)[2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7], son of Phillip Hager Jr., came to this area with his father.
He married lst Nancy Barker.[8] I am not sure if they had children or not. Census Records show them with a young male in their household. If this was a son then he died young.
Andrew married 2nd Winifred McNeely and lived on Trace Fork of Big Creek. He died in 1864 in Boone County[2] and his will is the first recorded in Will Book B (the first book). We have Bible records to show and prove the names of his children. Winifred married 2nd after his death Andrew Stowers of Lincoln County. Most of his children lived in Logan, Mingo and Wayne Counties after their marriages.
