!Obituary: WINDFALL-The Rev. Alva Hewitt, 77, a retired minister died Thursday afternoon of a heart attack. A native of near Tipton, he was reared in the Windfall area and had been pastor of the Church of the Brethren in Windfall for 43 years. Funeral services will be Held at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the Church of the Brethren. Friends will be received at the Chester Mitchell funeral Home in Tipton after 6 o'clock this evening. Rev. Hewitt is survived by his widow, Margaret; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Evelyn McFall, Elwood, and Mrs. Shirley Flick, Windfall; two sons Lowell Hewitt, Windfall, and Eldon Hewitt, Florida; two brothers, E.M. Hewitt, operator of the Furniture Warehouse Sales in Anderson, and Landis Hewitt, ????on; a sister, Mrs. Clara Hodson, Kokomo and several grandchild- ren and great-grandchildren.
