Syracuse Post-Standard, 28 July 1999: ALICE M. COLLINS Alice M. Collins, 86, of North Bay died Monday at Rome Memorial Hospital. She was born in Ogdensburg. She and her husband owned and operated Collins Boat Livery, North Bay. She was a member of St. John's Church. Her husband, Harold R., died in 1983. Survivors: Two sons, Robert R. and Harold R., both of North Bay; a sister, Beatrice Andrella of Syracuse; a brother, Theodore Briere of Mattydale; three grandchildren
