Last Will and Testament of Alfred W. Farmer

After all debts are paid he gives and bequeaths to his wife Elmina Farmer, during her life time, whatever remains and at the death of the wife the estate shall be divided into three equal parts, one part is bequeathed to the daughter May Henley, another part to a daughter Eva Albertson and a part to the grandson Joseph H. Stanley. If Joseph Stanley is of age 21 or more he is to have absolute right and title to the one third part. If he is under age of 21 years then the one-third is devised and bequeathed to May Henley, Eva Albertson and Aubrey H. Stanley, in trust for the support, mainsaid part shall be divided equally between May Henley and Eva Albertson.

May Henley and Eva Albertson were appointed executrixes of the estate.
