Alexander Kilpatrick, who intermarried with Elizabeth Relict of Philip Martin, failing to appear and produce a certificate according to order of the September Court, it is ordered that he be summoned to appear at the next court to comply with said order.

Notes

Alexander Kilpatrick married the widow Elizabeth Easley Martin probably by 1720 when Alexander was the surity for Anne Easley's estate. Elizabeth was the daughter of immigrant Robert Easley and his wife Anne Parker and was first married to Philip Martin by whom she had a daughter, Elizabeth.
