According to Mary Mosher: After the death of Renda, his wife, "Albert looked for a house keeper and nanny for the four kids. He found her and her name was Kathy Landin. She lived by New Haven on the Landin Rd. By the railroad tracks. the old house is still standing. Someone a dit remodeled. Kaie as she ws always called was a sweet lady and lived with my grandfather for 40 years on a unmodern farm."
