MRS. GASTINEAU RITES TUESDAY
Native of City Had Been Democratic Precinct Official.
Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Cronin Gastineau, 73 ytears old, 215 North Tacoma avenue, will be held at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday morning in her home and at 9 o;clock in St. Philip Neri Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Std. Joseph Cemetery.
Mrs. Gastineau, a native of Indianapolis [no, she wasn't], had served as Democratic precinct committeewoman the last 24 years, She was married 50 years ago to Plummer E. Gastineau, a Pennsylvania Railroad passenger conductor, who died in 1928.
Survivors incude three sons, Dr. Frank M. Gastineau and Paul L. Gastineau, former 12th district American Legion commander, both of Indianapolis, and Fred E. Gastineau of Toledo, O.; a daughter, Miss Adelaide Gastineau, a teacher in school no. 72, with whom Mrs. Gastineau lived; three sisters, Miss Mary Cronin, Miss Catherine Cronin and Miss Adelaide Cronin, all of Indianpolis, a brother, Frank G. Cronin of Chicago, and eight grandchildren.
