[Note: this birth date is clearly too close to John's. Source:Vinton, John Adams. Vinton Memorial, Comprising a Genealogy of the Descendants of John Vinton of Lynn, 1648, p. 28, speculates John's should be 1706, but given the date of the parents' marriage, it is just as likely that Abigail is 1703, which would be 9 months after the marriage. Abigail's birth is found on a page headed "Births in ye year 1704", and John's is found on a page headed "Births in the year 1705", so the records appear to be just as published and not obviously misrecorded. His death record has no age at death. There is no information on Abigail and Vinton thinks she appears to have died young. John Jr. was taxed in Stoneham in 1726 according to Vinton, which suggests he was of legal age, 21, hence born 1705, suggesting his birth is correct, but this appears to be the only item that gives us any hint at all.]
