Facts and Events
Aaron Smith was baptised on Christmas Day 1814 at Rushton in Northamptonshire, son of a basket maker named Cain Smith and his wife Trinity. The family were Gypsies and travelled extensively. Sadly young Aaron appears to have died when he was just over a year old, being buried on 10th February 1816 at Stanion, also in Northamptonshire.
