hi rebekah I had never looked into family until the last 4 days my sister linda called me and asked me some questions. i didnt have any information for her. so i statred asking my mom questions and did some research. I am Rebecca Jean Ashton Dorsett. 1957 Dorsett by marriage. My dad was Chester Brownlow Ashton 1923 son of Michael Mckinley Ashton 1901 Son of Charles Shiner Ashton 1845 son of Zachariah Ashton 1799 son of Samuel Ashton 1771 son of William S Ashton 1740 son of william ashton. EST 1699 We grew up in Brownsville texas and didnt know any family from our ashton side. I re-met my dad in december of 1977. a few years later i met my grandma linda and my auntie virginia.since then they have passed. i will give you my phone number and address if you would like to call me. we can swap info or you can just email me. my grandpa was michael simeon's brother. call me when ever i'm up till midnight all the time. thanks for responding
