Died, in Cambridge, IL Saturday evening, Aug 26, 1893, Miles Parish aged 77 years. Deceased had lived in Cambridge and vicinity about thirty years. He was the father of four children - one son and three daughters. The former now being in Kansas City, and the later in Iowa. He leaves a widow, Mrs Inga Parish, she being his third wife. He was buried in the Cambridge Cemetery on Sunday Aug 27, Rev R.W. Ames officiating at the funeral. We have been unable to learn the place of his nativity and other details of his life.
