The second James Howard DNA Project concerns ancestors located in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Though we have two participants in this project, only one has shown his earliest known immigrant Howard, the other gives us the beginning of the know Duke of Norfolk line which starts with William Howard, b. 1190 d.1227 in Norfolk, England (?).
