In het jaar Een duizend acht honderd zevenenveertig, den veertienden der maand October, zijn voor ons Worp van Peijma lees Johan Sippo Baron van Harinxma thoe Slooten, Grietman, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand der Grietenij Westdongeradeel, Provincie Vriesland, verschenen: Pieter Lieuwes van der Vrooij, oud negenenvijftig jaren, en Kidde Jans Wieninga, oud achtentwintig jaren, beide arbeiders, wonende te Ternaard, en beken den der overledene, welke ons verklaard hebben dat: Sijke Renzes Posthumus, oud eenenvijftig jaren, zonder beroep, geboren en wonende te Ternaard, gehuwd aan Worp van Peijma, Assessor dezer Grietenij en Landbouwer wonende te Ternaard, dochter van Renze Renzes Posthumus en Nieske Theunis Rensma, in leven echtelieden, beide overleden, op den twaalfden der maand October, des nachts ten elf ure, In het huis nummer drieenveertig te Ternaard is overleden, en hebben wij deze acte aan de aangevers voorgelezen, welke dezelve na zulks met ons hebben geteekend.

In the year One thousand eight hundred forty-seven, the fourteenth of the month of October, before us Worp van Peijma read Johan Sippo Baron van Harinxma thoe Slooten, Grietman, Official of the Civil Register of the Grietenij Westdongeradeel, Province Friesland, appeared: Pieter Lieuwes van der Vrooij, aged fifty-nine years, and Kidde Jans Wieninga, aged twenty-eight years, both laborers, residents of Ternaard, and acquaintances of the deceased, that we have stated that: Sijke Renzes Posthumus, aged fifty-one years, without occupation, born and living in Ternaard, married to Worp van Peijma, Assessor of the Grietenij and farmer residing in Ternaard, daughter of Renze Renzes Posthumus and Nieske Theunis Rensma, in life spouses, both deceased, on the twelfth of the month of October, in the nighttime at eleven o'clock, In the house number forty-three in Ternaard is deceased, and we have read this act before the declarants, who after this with us have signed.
