Transcripton

In het jaar een duizend acht honderd en zeventien den neegenden der maand September des voorde middags ten tien uren, is voor ons Grietman Officier van den Burgerlijken Stand der Grietenij Westdongeradeel Provincie Vriesland gecompareerd Worp van Peima oud eenentwintig jaren landbouwer woonachtig onder Ternaard de welke ons een kind van het mannelijk geslacht heeft voorgesteld op den zesden dezer maand 's nademiddags ten drie uren uit hem declarant en zijne huisvrouw Sijke Renzes Posthumus geboren en aan hetwelk hij verklaarde de voornaam van Jacob te willen geven.

De gemelde verklaring en voorstelling is geschied in tegenwoordigheid van Marten Sijmons Akkermans oud neegenenveertig jaren Executeur en Jan Jans Grasma oud veertig jaren Assistent beide te Ternaard als getuigen welke deze met ons en den komparant na voorlezing hebben geteekend.

In the year one thousand eight hundred and seventeen the ninth day of the month of September at 10 a.m., before us Grietman Officer of the Civil Register of the Grietenij Westdongeradeel Province Friesland appeared Worp van Peima aged twenty-one years farmer living in Ternaard which to us a male child is presented on the sixth of this month at 3 p.m. from the claimant and his wife Sijke Renzes Posthumus born and which he declared the name of Jacob wanting to give.

The reported statement and representation was done in the presence of Marten Sijmons Akkermans aged forty-nine years Executor and Jan Jans Grasma aged forty years Assistant both of Ternaard such as which witnesses to us and the appearers after reading have signed.
